Driving enrollment and engagement.
For the UMass Lowell Admissions social media account, I developed a cohesive branding and visual theme that aligned with the university's identity, creating graphics and media assets that consistently engaged the target audience. Alongside this, I established a regular social media calendar to ensure timely and strategic content distribution, all with the goal of supporting the university’s enrollment objectives.
In this role, I collaborated with several other campus-related accounts, driving an integrated approach to increase visibility and engagement. My efforts led to a remarkable 549% increase in average daily social media reach, along with a noticeable boost in student involvement across posts and campaigns.
