Build a new brand’s social presence from the ground up.
As part of Underground Chuck’s launch, I was responsible for building the brand’s social media presence entirely from scratch. This included establishing new accounts, developing a content strategy, and creating a consistent visual identity that reflected the restaurant’s bold and rebellious personality. I planned and produced launch content that introduced the menu, showcased the unique “Be Like Chuck” attitude, and built early awareness for a brand that had no prior digital footprint.
To drive engagement from day one, I focused on crafting a distinctive voice and storytelling approach that captured Chuck’s edgy, underground tone while still appealing to a broad audience. I created posts that highlighted the restaurant’s signature items, promoted limited-time events, and set the foundation for future campaigns. The result was a cohesive and eye-catching launch that successfully positioned Underground Chuck’s as a standout brand within the Restaurant Growth Services family.
