As part of UMass Lowell’s social media initiative, I managed the Facebook and Twitter pages for several of the university’s colleges, including the Zuckerberg College of Health Sciences, College of Fine Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences, College of Education, and Kennedy College of Sciences. My role was to promote achievements, events, and student opportunities while boosting engagement with prospective students. I developed a consistent posting schedule of 2-5 posts per week, incorporating live event coverage, links to university resources, and interactive content with hashtags and tags to maximize reach.

With a focus on increasing visibility, I successfully expanded the scope of social media efforts. After driving significant growth on the College of Fine Arts pages, I was entrusted with launching new social pages for the Zuckerberg College of Health Sciences and College of Education, while taking on the Kennedy College of Sciences page. These pages continued to see steady growth in impressions and interactions, enhancing each college’s digital footprint and engagement with the community.
