Building consistency and engagement with a refreshed social content strategy.

When I began managing the 99 Restaurants social media accounts, the brand’s pages were largely inactive and lacked content variety. My first priority was to re-establish a consistent posting rhythm to rebuild visibility and strengthen audience engagement. I created a refreshed content calendar that balanced promotional campaigns, community highlights, and evergreen food imagery while aligning each post with the brand’s friendly, neighborhood tone. By introducing new short-form video formats like Reels and motion graphics, I helped 99 stand out in users’ feeds and capture more organic attention.

 

As part of the revitalization, I focused on diversifying creative approaches to make the content feel more dynamic and timely. Posts began featuring limited-time offers, seasonal dishes, and team spotlights to humanize the brand and celebrate the in-restaurant experience. Through this strategy, 99 Restaurants’ social channels shifted from passive to active engagement, creating a more recognizable and consistent brand presence across all platforms.
