When I began managing O’Charley’s social media, the account needed a stronger presence and a more reliable content cadence. My goal was to build consistency across platforms by increasing posting frequency and improving the variety of content. I developed a balanced calendar featuring food photography, promotional highlights, and timely seasonal posts that reflected the brand’s warm, family-oriented identity. By maintaining a regular rhythm and aligning messaging across campaigns, I helped the account feel active and connected to its audience once again.
I also worked to diversify the storytelling behind the brand, incorporating a mix of menu-driven posts, community features, and hospitality-focused messaging that reflected O’Charley’s southern roots. Each piece of content was designed to resonate with guests while reinforcing the approachable, comfort-driven nature of the restaurant. Over time, this strategy transformed the page from a quiet feed into an inviting and dependable space that authentically represented the O’Charley’s experience.
